Following to market conditions our fields were diversified. At first we carried out mostly orders from companies who operate at the Ventspils seaport territory. Then, since year 2000, we started environmental projects that for the most part were financed by European Union Structural funds. In last three years with real estate market expansion we build Multistorey apartment houses in collaboration with real estate developer R.E.D. Pro Ltd.

Originally JSC Venceb was located and performed only in Ventspils and it’s region. When company’s scope of work expanded, in year 2000 was opened an office in Riga. In year 2007 started working company’s office in Daugavpils, that now in collaboration with partnership enterprise Krüger (Denmark) carries out very large project - Modernization and extension of waste water treatment plant in Daugavpils.
